These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 9joya. By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on 9joya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 9joya. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 9joya will never request your password via email or any unsolicited communication. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately via the support email.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to fair play and security, 9joya may request KYC documentation including:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

Withdrawal Policy

9joya processes all withdrawals in BDT. Currency conversion fees, if applicable to your specific payment provider, are borne by the user. 9joya does not charge an internal platform fee on standard withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9joya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without fulfilling rollover conditions.
• 9joya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Subsequent deposits may qualify for reload bonuses as separately advertised.

Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies, hedging bets to guarantee withdrawal without genuine play, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger account review.

6. Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9joya's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising from your use of 9joya that cannot be resolved through our internal support process should be submitted through the appropriate dispute resolution channels.
